Description

Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon

emphasizing bulk production instead of quality of fruit

The structure is secondary to sensation

wanted to update the style of the wine and labels

still polished

classic Marsannay that favors clarity and proportion over depth or power

and he’s got the contacts

and a gentle limestone earthiness

and crushed raspberry

and patience align in the glass

The fine tannins and minerality are enhanced by our estate vineyard’s characteristic cool climate acidity

Mediterranean herbs and that faint earthy perfume that makes Sangiovese such a natural food wine
