Simply put this cam is much bigger than the stock GY6, with a higher angle. When you have a larger cam, with higher angles, it creates a bigger lift for the valves allowing better flow of the intake and exhaust. Now that more flow is created, the piston can provide a much bigger explosion which in return creates more power.
