Racines Pinot Noir Sta Rita Hills 2021

stony snap

Vinified in cement eggs and vats

Treixadura

liquor was strong

The flavor profile is dried yellow fruit – apricots come strongest to my mind

fruit-driven wines that have warmth and body

and Guigal - up against premier grenache producers across the globe

wild currant

mulled black cherries

The wine matured until it was bottled in June 2020

It was even served by the Eisenhower administration at the White House

which is always a good sign
