Developed in 2012 to celebrate the refit of Bluenose II, this multi award winning spirit is a splendidly dark rum, rich ruddy colour with a blend of caramel & molasses and just a hint of spice on the tongue. It's become our biggest seller! On March 26th 1921 Canadas most famous schooner, Bluenose, was launched in the Lunenburg harbour. Bluenose was a source of great pride for Nova Scotians.
