Korea: ArtemisiaArtemisia (mugwort) is a wild growing shrub that is harvested in early spring from the pristine valley of Hadong. Artemisia is part of the mugwort family and has a delicate taste, natural sweetness, and an alluring aroma. Traditionally, it is used in Korea and Japan in flavoring and naturally coloring rice cakes. The tea tastes like a perfect pumpkin pie and makes for great iced tea with fresh slices of cucumber!
