Tre Sostre - Hanson VineyardsHanson Vineyards is located in the eastern central part of the Willamette Valley in the foothills of the Cascades. The winery is a four generations farm that grows all of their grapes on 16 acres of vineyards. They plant 11 different varietals and are firmly committed to using their own grapes for their small production. The winery produces 1200 cases a year, from Pinot Noir to the obscure Eastern European varietal Goluboh for their Council of Pigeons

In the last decade things have really turned around with producers getting recommitted & upping their game

known for its iconic food products like traditional balsamic vinegar and zampone and classic dishes like tortellini in brodo and tagliatelle al ragù
