RAPIDO 960002 Manning Wardle L Class Steam Locomotive – ‘Arthur’
Comes with a long siphon tube and spray head that fits the Scenic Cement bottle
After re-entering service 'Braunton' was re-allocated to Bournemouth and remained there until being withdrawn from service in late 1965
with extensive rebuilding of the underframe being undertaken in order to incorporate tilting double bogies based on the BT12 units
The locomotive was named 'Dick Hardy' in honour of Richard 'Dick' Hardy who was a Divisional Manager with BR and oversaw various railway changes
and was rebuilt at Eastleigh in June 1958

This is now a historic record of the double line due to the fact that the line was singled beyond Kyneton in 2005 as part of the Regional FastRail Project
but the streamlining was removed in April 1951
