Domaine Bott-Geyl Riesling les Elements 2023Jean Christophe Bott took control of the estate in 1993 , he then converted it to biodynamics in 2002. They tend 15 hectares around southern Alsace. The Elements series is about creating elegant wines to pair with food. Always one of our favourite Alsatian Rieslings, this is a dry style with wonderful depth of flavour and rich ripe fruits.
