91-08: Precise Prediction of Cooling Water pHCurrent cooling water computer models are only able to predict pH within +0. 5 pH units. The new model developed from fundamental chemical relationships adapted and cooling water is able to predict pH within +0. 5 units. Laboratory and field data will be used to illustrate the capabilities of the model. Better pH prediction will benefit operators' control of their towers and chemical treatment programs.
