From round and balanced to floral and aromatic, each of our four styles of Marc have been distilled from the fermented spent wine skins from Avondale Sky Winery and are left to rest for maturation for up to one year. When ordering Marc, please specify which variety you prefer. Please note that we are now sold out of the Leon Millot, Geisenheim and most of the L'Acadie Blanc
