Raku pottery is famous for its crackles, metallics, and overall look you just won't get with other kinds of pottery. With this pot, I really wanted some bright colors

"Naked raku" involves coating the pottery with a liquid clay before firing up the raku kiln

and sometimes unpredictable color blasts
