Location of vineyards: 15 30 years, 350 meters above sea level, S and W orientation. Soil: marl, clay and sandstone. Harvest: Hand picked, second week of September. Farming: Organic Vinification: Maceration for 4 8 days in bis open vats, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast without temp. control, aging in old 250L 500L oak barrels for 18 months. SO2
